Hello Bewsey & Whitecross As the weather starts to get warmer, please keep yourselves and your families safe.
We want to make sure that everyone is aware of the dangers of swimming in open water such as canals, lakes, rivers, reservoirs, and quarries.
The water in these areas may look inviting on a hot day, however, there may be hidden dangers below the surface. The water will still be cold and can very quickly affect stamina/strength of even the most confident of swimmers.
